New Offers:

Quick Fix Two appointments (3 hours each) with Shannon Mattingly. This package is for people who want to organize their home at a fast pace.  It’s for the person who is somewhat organized but has gotten behind. Shannon will help you get as much done as possible in as short as time as possible. You can focus on a particular area, specific room or get ready for a party. Together, you can go through boxes, clear off tables, purge toys or deal with whatever needs attention (this offer is not recommended if significant amounts of paperwork are involved).  Also, at no additional cost, donations will be delivered to a charity on your behalf and a receipt will be provided. Prepayment required. Cost: $140.  Appointments beyond this offer will be charged at Shannon’s hourly rate.

Closet Makeover Two appointments (3 hours each) with Shannon Mattingly. This package is for people who want their closets organized.  This includes a large master closet or several smaller closets or a combination of both.  Additionally, if you want to consider a new closet system, she will advise you on the best layout and share your needs with Closets By Design. Closets By Design will work one-on-one with you to install your new system.  Prepayment required. Cost: $140.  Appointments beyond this offer will be charged at Shannon’s hourly rate.

Lifestyle Change Four appointments (2.5 hours each) with Lisa Smith.  This package is for the older adult who may downsize in the next 1-5 years.  Moving is a stressful time, especially when moving to a smaller home. To minimize the chaos and frustration, Lisa will help you start organizing well in advance of your move date.  With this offer, you can expect to get several average sized rooms organized. The work achieved depends on the size of the room, the amount of items in the room and the pace at which the homeowner is comfortable working. Prepayment required. Cost: $252.  Appointments beyond this offer will be charged at Lisa’s hourly rate. 

Organizing Needs Assessment Includes one home visit, one follow up call and a written assessment by Tracie Utter (most experienced organizer at Utterly Organizer). This package is for the DIY person…Do It Yourself. The assessment is a guideline for the person who wants to get their home organized but doesn’t know where to start. The Needs Assessment is a written document customized to your specific situation that lays out a plan, room by room.  During the visit, we will walk through your home (approximately 2.5-4 hours) and discuss your visions, your style and your timeframe to determine the best plan of action for you and your family.  Along the way, Tracie will ask a lot of questions and make suggestions.  Shortly thereafter, you will receive a written document (by mail and/or by e-mail) outlining strategies, priories, tasks and links for suggested services and products to buy.  Payment due during the home visit. Cost: $300.  Appointments beyond this offer will be charged at Tracie’s hourly rate or the staff’s hourly rate. Click here for a brief example.
